Equipment Repair

In 1986 Office Automation, Inc., began repairing it's own inventory of Inter-Tel and Toshiba components due to the manufacturer unacceptable 2-6 month turnaround time.   Since then Office Automation has provided full component level repair.  Our success in providing quality workmanship, better turnaround time and professional support led us to expand our Repair Services to companies on a national scale.   Since that time, Office Automation, Inc. has provided repair service for thousands of telephone companies across the United States.

Most high volume parts can be tested, repaired, and shipped back to the customer within one to three days.   Emergency repair turnaround can also be provided upon special arrangement with our sales team.

We offer repairs on the following:
Telephones are repaired and cosmetically refurbished. Telephone repair includes a 14-foot handset cord.
KSU Common Control Cards and boards.
Voice Mail/Automated Attendant cards and units.
Call Processing Server units.  
Peripheral components.

You pick your UPS and Federal Express return shipping options.

Once we receive your equipment it will be thoroughly bench tested to determine any problems.   If the initial test results indicate no-problem-found, the unit will then be completely tested in an operating system utilizing a multitude of diagnostic routines.

If your equipment cannot be repaired, we will provide exchange and/or new pricing.

The Warranty for repaired products will be for two years from the date of shipment on phones and KSU cards and a one year Warranty for voice mail cards and units.   No RMA's are required for repaired items.
