Office Automation offers Remote Programming for Inter-Tel and Mitel Communications Systems. Whether you need initial
system setup, having additional equipment installed, adding new features or just need some names changed in the directory,
we have experienced programmers ready to assist you. You can be at ease of not having to pay the expensive service call
charges of a field technician when you need programming changes.
To provide Remote Programming Services, we will need to be able to remotely access your phone system from our office.
You may have remote access set up on your phone system. If your system is already set up for remote access, you just
need to provide us with the information to connect to your system.
This may be a modem number or an IP Address.
If your system is not currently set up for remote access we may be able to remotely connect to a computer on your network
to perform programming. You will need a computer that is connected to the Internet that we can connect to. This computer must be running
Windows XP or newer and will require Session Manager Database Programming software installed on it. It must have installed one of the
following Internet Browsers, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2.5+, Safari 3+ or Chrome 3+.
It also must connect to your phone system through a serial or IP connection. If you have an Axxess system and the computer will connect through a serial connection, you will require
a Programming Cable connected between the computer and the phone system.
