We at Office Automation are very sorry you are having issues with the equipment that we shipped you. We apologize for any
inconvenience.
In order that you are credited properly, all returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) Number when returning for
credit, for an advance replacement or for repair under the warranty period. Products not accompanied by a valid RMA
number will be considered a chargeable repair. All items must be returned within 15 days of the date we issued the Return
Authorization to you. Return freight is the customer's responsibility. Credit will be issued once the merchandise is
received by us in re-saleable condition.

The following information is required when an RMA is requested:
- Customer name and Order number.
- Date product was received by customer
- Number of parts to be returned.
- Product description or model.
- Reason for return.
- Action requested. (Return for credit, advance replacement or repair)
- Contact name, telephone and e-mail address.
Once you have received your Return Authorization number you can pack the items in a suitable container for shipment,
preferably the original packaging if available and include the Return Authorization form in the package.

If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday or Saturday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.
If you wish to send in a product for repair that is no longer within the warranty period, or for damage not covered by the warranty, your sales representative can advise you of the estimated cost of the repair. A Return Authorization Number(RMA) is not required or needed for Non-Warranty Repairs.
By choosing to request an RMA number from Office Automation, Inc it is implied that the customer has agreed to the terms of the Return Policy as stated above.
