Office Automation Remote Support

Office Automation can connect to a computer at your location to program or diagnose problems with your telephone system. To program your telephone system you must already have the Session Manager Database Programming software installed on the computer that we access. If you do not have the software installed, please let your salesman know. If your phone system is protected by a password, you must be able to provide us with the password to access your system. The computer that your are launching this connection from must be running Windows XP or newer and have installed one of the following Internet Browsers, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2.5+, Safari 3+ or Chrome 3+.


If you aren't a current Office Automation customer, for us to provide Remote Support you must first purchase Technical Support Services from the Sales Department. To Purchase and arrange for Remote Programming Services by phone, please call
888-830-1086 .


If you are already an Office Automation Customer you may contact the Technical Support Department by phone or e-mail to arrange an appointment. We will charge your existing account for Technical Support.


Once the Technical Support Department receives your order then you need to contact us to schedule a time that we can provide the Remote Support.


At your Remote Support scheduled time, click on the "Share Screen" Buton.



Please note that a small application will be installed on your computer for us to connect to it. Please follow the instructions to install it.
